- Rash; sometimes it looks like a bulls-eye, but in more than half the cases it doesn't manifest this way.
- Chills, fever.
- Severe muscle aches, or impaired muscle movement.
- Fatigue.
- Confusion, meningitis, Bell's palsy (when half your face falls).
- Irregular heartbeat.
- Pink eye.
In other news, I was bitten by a deer tick yesterday, one-third of which carry Lyme Disease. Dramatic, eh?

i knew there was a reason the outdoors is bad. i knew it.
are you going to go to the doctor?
no, i called the doctor, and if any of these symptoms show up (i'm hoping for "confusion"), i'm supposed to go in right away.
I didn't know Lyme disease could ALSO cause other deadly and horrible things like meningitis and bell's. it's like the ultimate disease!
yes, ticks seem like adorable mini-spiders, but they are the opposite of doctors. or maybe antibiotics.
